Age: Unknown; apparently something like 30 years old.
Appearance: Exotic and mysterious. Black hair with white streaks in it, done up in a "Bride of Frankenstein" beehive hairdo; red dress with shoulder pads and tight sleeves. The skirt is long and covers her feet, so we never actually see if she HAS feet; pieces of her dress are like scarves which are sometimes connected to her fingers, giving a neat impression of wings or something. Also wears a high collar and a brooch at the neckline.
First Appearance: "Fungus Amongus".
Relationship to Darkwing: Darkwing's once-nemesis, now girlfriend. How serious it is is not entirely for sure, since they don't seem to see one another that often; but when they do, sparks fly.
Known relatives: Comes from an extended family. Father is Moloculo, a sorceror who doesn't view "normals" kindly; other relatives include Aunt Nasty, Cousin Globby, Uncle Nero, Granny, and various other strange folk...
Occupation: Sorceress.
Special Skills: Magic, although her profiency at her craft seems to get better as she gets angrier; cooking, despite the fact that Darkwing finds her choice of food to be less than appetizing; good business skills - she used to run a mushroom company, and after that folded, went on to open her own restaurant; seduction (heh heh).
Quirks: Goes back and forth from self-assured and calm to insecure and tempermental depending on what episode she's in; baaaaad temper; has all the creepy habits you'd expect of an "Addams Family"/"Munsters"-style witch, including a preference for nighttime, an affection for creepy things like bats and spiders, and a predilection for spores, ooze, bones, and other such things.

Just as Batman has his Catwoman, Darkwing Duck has his Sorceress. I guess you could say he's following in the time-honoured tradition of Heroes Who Fall In Love With The Beautiful Female Bad Guy, but... are there any other heroes who have done that?

Morgana McCawber isn't really bad, though. Sure, her morals might be a little skewed, and yeah she was Darkwing's enemy in her first two appearances, but she later went on to be a member of the Justice Ducks and eventually managed to prove that she was good at heart.

Just... weird. Then again, that runs in the McCawber family. And, despite everything, she and Darkwing do have a pretty good relationship. All fights aside. ^_^ Personally I feel that all action shows need a good "femme fatale", and Morgana- despite her temper, her bouts of insecurity, and her often ill-fated spells- provides that role quite well.
